Performance Metrics



The Cleaning Specifications Audit Sheet is a mechanism for measuring our performance against contract specifications. This is aimed at giving our clients a fairer view of the level of service they getting for their money.

On regular basis we go through the audit process with clients and any variance between specifications and actual performance forms the basis of an action plan to rectify the imbalance.

Monthly dust all surfaces above 2 meters

 

 

 

Monthly spot clean and remove to marks from walls, doors and switches

Monthly wash waste bins inside out to remove stains, grime and smell

 

 

 

Monthly dust all surfaces above 2 meters

 

 

 

Staff and Customer Toilets

Daily empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish to designated area

 

 

 

Daily clean WC, urinals, showers and other fixtures and fittings to remove stains, dirt and lime scale

 

 

 

Daily damp wipe all counters and polish sink

 

 

 

Daily spot clean walls, doors and partitions to remove stains, dirt and marks

 

 

 

Daily sweep and wet mop all floors

 

 

 

Weekly dust all surfaces above normal reach

 

 

 

Monthly clean air vents and window sills

 

 

 

 Monthly full clean of all partitions

 

 

 

Show Room
