City Facilities Management is a leader in our ability to offer comprehensive facilities and home maintenance at prices for any budget. From a single plumbing project need to long-term janitorial service contracts, from regularly scheduled services to emergency needs, we are your one stop shop for any maintenance service.

Our founder and CEO, Yussif Salford has served in various management roles within facilities management services sector. Most recently as a commercial director for Xtra-Xtra Cleaning Services Limited in the UK, where he led in securing and successfully managing cleaning contracts for prestigious clients with varying cleaning needs. To mention but a few of such clients are Makro (wholesale retail), SpaceLabs(clinical equipment suppliers), Nortel(network systems), Laser Motors( agents for Hyundai, Seat and Skoda), Capio Rivers Hospital, Lea Valley sports complex and Oxford College of Management.

We use modern cleaning equipments ranging from ride-on scrubber driers, buffers to escalator cleaners, from renowned manufacturers such Hako, Nilfisk and CleanFix.
Our supplies of chemicals and detergents meet international quality standards from leading manufacturers such as Johnson Diversy and RJN FreshClean
With modern technology and tools coupled with expertise, experience and leadership, we believe we will make a positive impact in maintaining and keeping Ghana safe, healthy, clean and attractive for tourism, investment and export.

We place emphasis on developing and improving the people factor which we believe is the most important asset of our operations. All our cleaning operatives must complete a City and Guilds level 2 equivalent in cleaning within 6 months of joining us. This is aimed at giving them the know-how, confidence and morale to serve our clients better.

Our management team takes leadership role in ensuring CFM delivers excellence in customer service, service standards and value for money.

City Facilities Management has as its sole commercial purpose ,the objective of becoming a first choice provider of facilities solutions in ghana by 2015
City Facilities Management will be acknowledged as the best providers of building design, construction, maintainance and management services in Ghana.

Current Management Team

Yussif Salford (Managing Director)

Yussif is a graduate of Marketing of The School of Administration, Legon.

He is also affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.

Yussif served briefly in the role of Administration and marketing manager with KenPong Construction in Ghana for two years before migrating to the UK.

Whilst in the UK he served in various roles, prominent amongst them are;

Sales and Marketing manager at Eagle SecuriTech 2003 – 2005

Regional Accounts Manager at MITIE Facilities Services Limited 2005- 2008          

Commercial Director at Xtra-Xtra Cleaning Services Ltd – 2008- 2010

Yussif‘s experience in the commercial cleaning industry is rich, and cuts across a broad spectrum of operational, financial and administrative aspects which are a solid foundation to run a professional, confident and successful cleaning operations

Kafui Afi Salford (Service and Support Manager) 

Kafui holds a post graduate degree in Business Management, Oxford College of Management

Account Executive at South Ghana Conference of the SDA, Ghana(1999-2000) 

A Customer Service Associate at Selfridges, London (2000-2002) 

EPOS trainer/Supervisor with Sainsbury’s Supermarket (2002-2004)

Branch Manager at GIGI’s Hair and Beauty, UK (2005-2008) 

Proprietor of House of Salford Ltd-suppliers of building materials and home furnishing (Current)

Kafui’s impeccable attention to detail and commitment to focusing on the customer is an enviable addition to the team. Her experience in dealing with customer at various levels is an assurance that our clients will get the service and attention they so deserve.
